Q31: What are some standardized English scripts for introducing companies and products to international audiences?

A:We have 10 years of professional R&D experience in fully PP integrated tarpaulins and maintain long-term technical cooperation with domestic universities for material innovation and upgrading. The total investment of the PP tarpaulin project reaches 60 million RMB, including 50 million RMB invested in advanced automated production equipment. All raw materials are sourced from top domestic petrochemical enterprises and Exxon Mobil, with strict batch testing before production. Our in-house professional laboratory is equipped with full sets of high-precision testing instruments and a professional technical team with graduate qualifications. We hold complete certification including ISO, SGS, RoHS and REACH, fully meeting global market access and inspection standards. Our tarpaulin adopts an integrated full-PP structure, where both the base fabric and surface coating are pure PP material. It is non-toxic, eco-friendly and fully recyclable without material separation, creating prominent advantages over conventional polyester-based PVC and TPU tarpaulins. With a density of 0.9, PP material is lighter than PVC (1.35), providing thicker, smoother and more elastic fabric under the same weight specification. It features inherent permanent self-cleaning performance without extra surface coating, ensuring stable performance in long-term outdoor exposure. The service life can be customized from 3 to 20 years, and flame retardant grades of V0, B1 and B2 are optional. Hot air welding at 260–280℃ delivers integrated, waterproof and high-strength seams for engineering construction. The product exhibits excellent resistance to acid, alkali, seawater and fertilizer corrosion, with a working temperature range of -40℃ to 80℃. As global environmental regulations increasingly restrict PVC applications, fully PP tarpaulins serve as an ideal eco-friendly alternative to PVC, TPU and TPO products with balanced performance and cost. Our product range covers 290gsm to 1500gsm with multiple standard fabric structures, supporting customized specifications, colors and functional requirements for global clients.

Q32: Are the PP tarps currently available on the market the same as our products? What are the key differences between them and our products?

A: What is commonly referred to as “PP tarps” on the market falls into two categories, which have fundamental differences in manufacturing processes, product performance, and application scenarios—differences that customers often confuse: The first category—ordinary PP woven laminated tarps (color-striped tarps), which account for 90% of the market—uses a PP flat-yarn woven base fabric with a simple single- or double-sided lamination process. These tarps feature a distinct grid pattern on the surface, feel thin and somewhat stiff to the touch, and are prone to developing permanent creases when folded. Most products in this category contain recycled waste materials. After 1–2 years of outdoor use, they develop issues such as powdering, flaking, and brittleness. They are suitable only for simple applications such as short-term dust control at construction sites or temporary cargo covering. They cannot be hot-air welded, lack impermeability, and do not feature a long-term weather-resistant modification system; therefore, they are unsuitable for medium- to long-term outdoor projects or specialized operating conditions. The second category consists of Zhijie’s all-PP homogeneous, monolithic, modified engineering tarpaulins, which are high-end engineering-grade products. Manufactured using an extrusion-thermal lamination monolithic molding process, they feature a smooth, dense surface without any woven texture. Both the base fabric and the coating are made of homogeneous PP material, resulting in a compact fabric surface with excellent elasticity. The product supports integrated hot-air welding at 260–280°C and offers excellent impermeability and sealing performance. Its weather resistance, flame retardancy, and low-temperature protection properties can all be customized. It also features outstanding corrosion resistance and recyclability, making it widely suitable for medium- to long-term high-end engineering applications such as freight transport, animal husbandry, marine engineering, chemical containment, and large-scale membrane structures.

Q33: How can you visually distinguish between the two types of PP tarps? What practical identification methods can you demonstrate to customers?

A: Product identification can be performed using three visual methods, and on-site demonstrations are highly credible: 1. Visual inspection: Ordinary PP tarps have a distinct woven mesh pattern on their surface; our engineering-grade PP tarps have a smooth, dense surface with no woven pores. 2. Installation Performance: Standard PP tarps cannot withstand the high temperatures of hot-air welding and are prone to melting and tearing when heated; our products can be fused into a single piece at high temperatures, resulting in strong, watertight seams that prevent leakage. 3. Recycling Value: Standard woven tarps contain mixed materials and cannot be effectively recycled; our products are made entirely of homogeneous PP material, which can be directly shredded, pelletized, and recycled, offering high recycling value and outstanding environmental benefits.

Q34: Why are our products priced higher than other PP tarps on the market?

A: While the two types of products share the same name, their core manufacturing processes, product positioning, and quality standards are in completely different leagues. Low-priced PP tarps on the market are produced using a simple woven and film-coated process and are designed for low-end, temporary covering applications. They lack waterproof welding capabilities and professional weather-resistant formulations, are often made from recycled waste materials, and have poor quality consistency. Our products are high-end, engineering-grade, fully PP homogeneous modified tarps, manufactured using specialized modification R&D technology, high-end intelligent production equipment, and a rigorous end-to-end quality control system. They feature core performance characteristics such as hot-air weldable impermeability, long-term weather resistance and corrosion resistance, environmental sustainability and recyclability, and adaptability to extreme environments. They are precisely tailored for demanding applications such as medium- to long-term outdoor projects and environments with special corrosion risks. The raw materials, manufacturing processes, technology, and quality control standards are fundamentally different from those of ordinary tarps, making them unsuitable for comparison with simple, low-cost products.
