From April 21 to 24, 2026, Techtextil 2026—the most influential industry event in the global industrial textiles and nonwovens sector—was held in Frankfurt, Germany. This year’s exhibition brought together more than 1,500 exhibitors from 49 countries, setting a new record for scale, and showcased cutting-edge achievements in industrial textiles across fields such as smart materials, high-performance composite technologies, and sustainable development.

Zhejiang Zhijie New Materials Co., Ltd. made its debut at the exhibition, showcasing a product portfolio centered on homogeneous, recyclable, all-polypropylene composite film materials to professional buyers from Europe and around the world. Against the backdrop of the “Nature Performance” sustainable materials zone and recycling technology—which were central themes of this year’s event—Zhijie’s “single-material, melt-recyclable” technical approach aligns closely with the industry’s trend toward green transformation.

During the exhibition, the Zhijie team engaged in in-depth discussions with numerous buyers and technical partners from Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. The company’s series of high-strength, eco-friendly polypropylene composite fabrics—which offer the combined advantages of high strength, lightweight design, and full PP recyclability—attracted significant attention from professional buyers in application areas such as tarpaulin materials, geosynthetics, and industrial packaging.

Notably, the size of the Chinese delegation at Techtextil 2026 reached a new record high, with over 100 participating companies and an exhibition area of 2,000 square meters, ranking second among national delegations. As a technology-driven manufacturing enterprise within the Chinese delegation, Zhijie New Materials leveraged the international trade platform of the Frankfurt exhibition to further deepen its connections with overseas channels and continue advancing the global expansion of its high-performance polypropylene composite fabrics.

Zhijie New Materials will use its participation in Techtextil as an opportunity to continue focusing on three key technological areas—polypropylene material modification, composite process optimization, and green recyclability—to accelerate its expansion into overseas markets and provide global customers with high-performance, environmentally sustainable composite fabric solutions.
