A: Our company has a decade of specialized R&D experience in all-PP tarpaulins. Leveraging a university-industry joint R&D platform, we have validated our processes through five years of continuous testing and iterative refinement, resulting in mature and stable mass production processes. The total project investment is 60 million yuan, with 50 million yuan specifically allocated to production equipment. We currently have intelligent production lines with widths ranging from 1 to 3.2 meters operating at stable mass production capacity. Next year, we will add two specialized production lines, including equipment capable of handling 5-meter ultra-wide widths, to continue upgrading our intelligent production system. The company sources its core raw materials exclusively from leading international and domestic brands, and strictly enforces quality inspection procedures for every batch of raw materials prior to production. We operate our own specialized testing laboratory and a quality control team composed of graduate students, and hold a full suite of domestic and international compliance certifications, including ISO, SGS, REACH, and RoHS. Our core product is a fully homogeneous, one-piece PP tarpaulin, where the base material and coating share the same composition and origin. It is environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and directly recyclable without the need for material separation—offering significant environmental advantages over PVC and TPU products. At equivalent grammage, our products are lighter in weight and feature a smoother surface, with permanent, natural self-cleaning properties, as well as excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, corrosion, and weathering. With a weather resistance lifespan of 3–20 years and customizable flame retardant ratings of V0, B1, or B2, these products are compatible with standardized hot-air welding at 260–280°C and operate within a temperature range of –45°C to 80°C. They are widely used across all scenarios, including freight transport, agriculture, animal husbandry, construction waterproofing, and chemical storage yards. Amid global environmental regulations and industry trends restricting the use of PVC, all-PP eco-friendly tarps represent the mainstream direction for material innovation. The product’s weight per square meter, specifications, colors, and functions can all be customized to meet individual needs.
