A: Our PP tarpaulins possess natural self-cleaning properties based on the physical characteristics of the base material itself, eliminating the need for additional functional coatings. The self-cleaning effect of traditional PVC tarpaulins relies on post-production surface coating treatments; however, after prolonged exposure to outdoor elements such as wind, sun, and friction from sand and gravel, the coating is highly susceptible to wear and peeling, causing the self-cleaning performance to deteriorate rapidly. Since our products have no external functional coatings, there is no risk of coating failure. Provided the base material is not severely damaged, rainwater can naturally wash away surface stains, keeping the fabric clean over the long term and significantly reducing long-term maintenance and cleaning costs.
