A: Our company treats source control of raw materials as the first and most critical step in quality control. We have established a rigorous upstream supply chain admission and screening mechanism, sourcing all core raw materials from leading domestic petrochemical companies and internationally renowned brands such as ExxonMobil. All raw materials entering the factory undergo a sampling and quality inspection process, during which core indicators—such as melt flow index, antioxidant protection systems, and basic mechanical properties—are rigorously verified. We maintain traceability records for every batch of raw materials, ensuring they are verifiable, traceable, and controllable. The base fabric for our tarpaulins is woven exclusively from high-quality virgin PP yarn, and the large-scale mixing of recycled materials is strictly prohibited. Before each batch of PP yarn enters production, mandatory testing for tensile strength, elongation, and basic weather resistance is conducted; any non-compliant raw materials are strictly prohibited from being used in production. Most low-cost PP woven and laminated tarps on the market are produced using a mixture of recycled waste materials, resulting in significant performance variations between batches, brittleness and powdering during outdoor use, and rapid degradation of UV resistance.
